Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with DUSK. Please read our pre-order policy carefully before placing an order.

What Is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock and are made or prepared after your order is placed. By purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving it before it becomes available for immediate shipment.

Production & Shipping Time

All pre-order items require additional processing and production time. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Estimated timelines are subject to change depending on production volume, material availability, and shipping carrier delays.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a second email containing tracking information.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready. We recommend placing separate orders if you would like in-stock items shipped sooner.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated shipping windows, delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver the highest quality product possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-order sales are considered final once production begins. Orders cannot be canceled or modified after a certain stage of processing. If there is a significant delay or issue with fulfillment, we will contact you directly regarding available options.
