Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@duskarchive.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund if applicable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
